Details
For your convenience we are offering two registration methods for the 2023 Kansas State Convention. You may complete the online registration below OR print, complete, and mail in your form with payment. Whichever option you choose please register for EVERY event listed that you will attend, including the ones with no charge. This information allows the State Council to get an accurate headcount of how many to guests we will be accommodating.

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE:
- Complete the form below with the required personal information and meal ticket selections.
- Click the "Proceed to Payment" to enter your payment information and to finalize your online registration.
- You MUST pay online if you wish to register online. When finished you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

HOW TO REGISTER BY MAIL:
- Click HERE to download and print the 2023 Registration Form.
- Complete all the required information, including meal ticket selections completely and legibly. Do NOT FORGET to include your phone number and email address.
- Mail forms with your payment to Knights of Columbus State Council, PO BOX 385, Derby, KS 67037
- Confirmation will be provided via email once forms and payment is received.

DO NOT FORGET!
- The credential form submitted by your council does not register you for the convention. Registration for Convention is SEPARATE!
- Hotel Room Reservation is separate as well, please click HERE to access the booking link
- Extra meal tickets will NOT be available at Convention Check-In.
- Be sure to register and pay for the meals you want to attend, REGISTRATION CLOSES APRIL 1, 2023
